Privacy

This notice explains how Wins Made handles personal information in the LAKKI.APP preview. It is written for the 21-day trial. We will update it before any paid launch.

What we collect

Account email and password (password is stored by our auth provider, not in plain text). Profile details you type — business name, trade, phone, rates, ABN, bank details for invoices. Clients, quotes, job photos, notes, and crew you add. Ratings and comments you send via Support. Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in. If you use Chat2Quote™, your browser records audio after you tap GO. We send that recording to our speech provider to transcribe and suggest quote fields. We do not keep the audio file onLAKKI.APP after the draft is built. Fields you save (job title, client, hours, materials, notes) stay on your quote.

Why we collect it

To run your account, show your quotes and jobs, send client accept links you choose to share, run the trial, and read tester feedback so we can improve the app. Chat2Quote audio is used only to build that draft — not to listen in the background, and not to train a public voice profile for you.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (database and login). The website is hosted on Vercel. Servers may be outside Australia. We do not sell your data.

Who else can see it

Other testers cannot see your clients or quotes. A person you send an accept link to can see that quote (job title, scope, totals, and the client name on the quote) — not your bank details. We may use hosting, email, and speech providers as processors to operate the app. Chat2Quote audio is processed by that speech provider to produce the transcript and draft; other testers never hear it. Microphone permission is granted by your browser to this site only — it does not let us listen at any time, and it does not apply to other websites.

How long we keep it

For the preview we keep account and job data while the trial is useful for testing. You can ask us to delete your account and data via Support.

Your choices

You can edit profile, clients, and quotes in the app. You can skip Chat2Quote and type a Manual Quote. You can block or reset the microphone for this site in your browser settings. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your account. Australian Privacy Principles apply to how we handle personal information.
