Terms of Use

These terms cover the LAKKI.APP preview operated by Wins Made. The preview is a free 21-day trial so tradespeople can try quoting, jobs, and crew tools. It is not a paid subscription yet.

1. The preview

You get 21 days from sign-up. No credit card is required. Features may change, break, or be reset while we test. We may end or extend the trial. After day 21 the app may stop until a paid plan exists.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over and use a real email. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account, including quotes and client details you enter.

3. Your content

Clients, quotes, job notes, photos, crew, and any Chat2Quote™ draft you save stay yours. You grant us permission to host them so the app can work. Do not upload or record anything you do not have the right to use. Client accept links are meant for the person you send them to — treat those links like a quote in an email.

4. Chat2Quote and the microphone

Chat2Quote is optional and in testing. You start a recording only by tapping GO. We stop listening on STOP, when processing starts, or when you leave the page. Allowing the microphone is a browser permission for this site — LAKKI.APP cannot turn the mic on from our settings, and other websites do not receive that permission. You must not record someone if you do not have the right to. Check every Chat2Quote draft before you send; figures can be wrong. Create Quote saves a draft — send still happens from the quote, not from Chat2Quote. Results may vary.

5. Acceptable use

Use LAKKI.APP for your own trade work. Do not abuse the service, try to access other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty

The preview is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular job. Check figures before you send a quote or invoice, including any draft Chat2Quote fills.

7. Liability

To the extent Australian law allows, Wins Made is not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss from using the preview. Nothing here limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
